MLS v1.10.0 - IElib updates
IElib was recently expanded to include many more IE constants for STO, ITM, SPL, ARE file formats, sourced from IESDP.
Now all of these are available in BGforge MLS, along with minor WeiDU keyword fixes and latest sfall updates.
