UPU and RPU v24

Both UPU and RPU are updated to v24:

  • Restored batch file for manual install on older Windows machines where Innosetup doesn’t work for some reason.
  • Disabled sfall debug by default, so that missing animations don’t spam PDA.
  • Polish: translation greatly progressed by loading strings from an existing translation package, as well as contributions by JaidenIsPink. Also included proper fonts and premade bios.
  • Fixed molerat fight freezing game if PC decided not to watch it.
  • Fixed Vault City courtyard residents starting combat upon first entering the area (introduced in v22).

Hero Appearance and Party Orders included with RPU also received many translation updates.
