UPU and RPU v29

UPU and RPU v29 are released, bringing multiple new fixes, and other updates.

Notable changes include:

  • French, Italian localizations received previously missing assets.
  • Russian localization font is improved.
  • Sfall updated to 4.3.3.1, hopefully preventing further crashes when Talking Heads mod is also installed.
  • Enclave turrets can be temporarily disabled by hacking the terminals.
  • Enhanced worldmap show city ruins on the corresponding tiles.
